Filters Plus has its roots firmly planted in hard work, ambition, and a entrepreneurial spirit. When Chanse Miller, a elite athlete and middle line backer from Lehi High School's 2023 undefeated champion football team, decided to pivot his dreams from college sports to entrepreneurship, his father, Russell Miller, eagerly embraced the chance to mentor and work alongside him. Known for his leadership, discipline, and unwavering determination, Chanse has always excelled in his endeavors.

Russ say's they were terrible at changing their own home filters on time which lent itself to the premature replacement of 3 entire HVAC systems in their home and he learned that other people were just as bad about changing their air filters and caring for their HVAC system.  With so many companies focused on the larger sales items, it was realized that simple air filter replacement could provide a huge benefit to the majority of home owners. Recognizing Utah's projected population to increase by 2.2 million people by 2060,  Russ and Chanse identified both a essential need and a growing demand for professional air quality services. Russell, has built successful service businesses for over 30 years and now lends his expertise and vision to Filters Plus.

Soon, they welcomed another addition to their team—Josh Anderegg, Russell's son-in-law. A former college football aspirant with a keen interest in business development, Josh completed the dynamic trio, bringing together a rich blend of experience, competencies, dedication, and perseverance.
